In June of 2008, we finally decided to get serious about buying a sailboat. Having a house on the river with an empty dock is depressing after a while. We found a very nice 27' Catalina in a nearby marina, and the price was right.  Here are some thumbnails that will point to larger images. I'll add more as we move along.
